More from Marni
In the layout above Marni has used a transparency in the centre of the frame.
In ‘proud to be me’, Marni has merged two of the urban lily papers to create this neat frame for her photo.
Instructions for ‘It must be love’ shown yesterday are now in the classroom so go check it out!
Thanks so much Marni,
xx Kate, Steph and Fi.
March Kit layouts from Marni Telford
Marni has created some beautiful pages this month. My favourite has to be ‘It must be Love’, it just gets that song going in my head!
Then there is the serene ‘Just Breathe’ -something we all need to remind ourselves of occasionally.
More stunning inspiration from Marni tomorrow!

1st layout is of visiting the Hunua Falls and the 2nd enjoying Ronja’s first day in New Zealand by heading straight to the beach!

Here’s what Ilka had to say about the kit-
March Kit layouts from Kelly Slattery.
Kelly is one of three design team members working with the ‘Just add colour’kit this month. She has came up with some arty layouts of her gorgeous family, you can see she really likes the blue lace card from KI Memories and everything else-Here’s what Kell said about the kit –
I’m not sure if I have a favourite piece in this kit…hmmmm I think the AC vinyl alphas definitely rank in the top 5 things I love about this kit…the KI lace is up there too…love that you can use as little or as much as you like & when you think of it that way it sure can go a LOOOOONG way…Oh, have I mentioned the paints…LOVED playing with the paints – so they’re another player in the top 5 things I love about this kit & what are the paints without the “paintables”??? Those prima watercolour papers are pure deliciousness – they’re real watercolour paper – that nice thick stuff…can’t forget the little KI rubber charms – these are just so cute – the perfect touch for finishing one of my LOs, the fabric was super cute too & have I mentioned the AC plastic flowers & leaves…I think I’ve gone way over 5 favourite things – but you get the picture – there’s ALOT to love about this kit!!!
Thanks Kelly!
xx Kate, Steph and Fi.
Love -Kate
I’ve always wanted to do something different with my wedding photo’s -something non-traditional. I just adore the bursts of colour in this kit and how they can really help highlight some of those magical moments in your life. For me the pop culture shimmer paper was just begging to be cut out and laid onto black bazzill. I found a chipboard word ‘love’ in my stash and covered this in the black polka dot fabric using modpodge. I’ve highlighted a few little bits with some Kindy glitz and added a John Keats quote about love. These photo’s are so special, we’d just tied the knot, I was ecstatic and my mother was throwing the dried rose petals she had spent months collecting and drying directly at my face! She has a very strange sense of humor sometimes…but it was a laugh nonetheless and helped diffuse the seriousness of the moments before. xx Kate.
